Thank you for choosing ModernFarms Store! We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and offer store credit or exchanges for eligible items. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges & Store Credit Only

  • Timeframe: Exchanges or store credit are available within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, meaning:
    • No signs of wear, use, or damage.
    • Must include original packaging and accessories.
    • Cannot be a special order or custom order.
    • Cannot be an item explicitly marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is received damaged or was incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately at +1 818-822-2079 or info@modernfarms.store. These items will qualify for an exchange or store credit.

Important Notes

  • All exchanges and store credit are contingent upon our inspection of the returned item.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies for items returned for store credit that are not defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the seller is at fault.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
