If you run a licensed cultivation facility and you're pricing a build-out or an upgrade, the equipment bill is usually the part that makes you look at financing. How ModernFarms Financing Works

Financing is available on any project over $25,000 for licensed facilities. The financing page references Affirm and links to Affirm's disclosures at affirm.com/disclosures for the full terms. That "not published" list matters. A rate and a term decide whether financing is a good idea for your project, and we can't tell you either from here. Dehumidifiers: Anden 210 and 320

Anden titles state capacity in pints per day, which lets us compute a price per pint of daily capacity. The 320 is the cheaper unit per pint, though it is listed for 277V service where the A210V1 runs on 240V.

Dehumidifiers: Quest 225, 335, 506, and 746

Quest titles use model names without a pints-per-day rating, so we can't compute a price per pint for Quest from the listings alone, and we won't guess. Rating conditions also differ between manufacturers, so a pint figure from one brand isn't automatically comparable to another's. All four models below are listed with R454B refrigerant.

These are listed prices. ModernFarms also offers member pricing on Quest equipment when you log in to your account. Confirm quantities on the 506 and 746 before you plan a multi-unit order, and treat the 225 as unavailable until it returns. Cooling: Daikin Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps

ModernFarms also offers Daikin air conditioning and heat pump equipment, which matters because dehumidifiers add heat to the room and flowering rooms often need dedicated cooling. We list four Daikin products right now.

Three of the four are 5-ton units on R32 refrigerant, and they differ in efficiency rating, in whether they provide heating as well as cooling, and in voltage: 460V single or three-phase versus 208/230V. The commercial condenser listing doesn't state a tonnage in its title, so confirm its specifications before you plan around it. Lighting: Gavita and GrowPros

The Gavita Pro RS 2400e comes in at $929.99 on one listing and $1,181.39 to $1,187.72 on another that is titled with its 750-watt rating, so confirm the exact SKU and voltage before quoting, since a 277V twist-lock version is priced separately from the 208/240V version. Gavita also lists the CT 2000e at $899.99 and the RS 1900e at $585.00, and the CT 1930e is currently out of stock. See the Gavita lighting guide for how the models differ.

The GrowPros collection spans veg, flower, and greenhouse fixtures. One honest limitation: most GrowPros listings don't carry a wattage in the title, so a price-per-watt comparison against Gavita isn't possible from the listing alone. Compare spec sheets before you decide, because a cheaper fixture isn't a better value if it delivers less usable light for your canopy.

Humidity, Airflow, and Controls: Active Air and Blueprint

Active Air covers the supporting climate equipment. The Commercial Humidifier in the 200-pint size is $603.13, and the 75-pint size at $340.69 is currently out of stock. The 110-pint dehumidifier is $832.65, which suits smaller rooms or supplemental capacity rather than replacing an industrial unit. The inline fans run $132.39 for the 6-inch 400 CFM model and $215.81 for the 10-inch 760 CFM model, and premium ducting ranges from $16.09 to $44.06. For controls, the Blueprint BAC-1 atmosphere controller is $45.09 and the BCC-1 CO2 controller is $71.33.

Planning Dehumidification and Cooling Together

Dehumidification and cooling are usually bought as one decision, not two. A dehumidifier removes water from the air, but the compressor and fans that do the work release heat into the room, so a room that runs a large dehumidifier needs enough cooling to carry that added load on top of what the lights produce. That is why a facility planning new lights often finds the climate equipment, not the fixtures, drives the budget.

It also affects how you read the price tables above. A lower-priced dehumidifier that leaves your cooling short isn't a saving, and a larger cooling unit can't fix a dehumidifier that is too small for your canopy. How to Read the Voltage Column

Voltage is the quiet cost in a facility project. The products in this guide span 120V and 208/230V through 240V, 277V, and 460V to 480V, including three-phase options. A unit that is cheap to buy can become expensive to run if your building doesn't have the service it needs, because a new circuit, a panel upgrade, or a three-phase feed costs money that never shows up on a product page. Check your available service before you pick a model, and bring the answer to your financing conversation so the project total reflects the real build.

Getting From Product List to Financing Conversation

You'll get faster, more useful answers if you arrive with specifics. This is our advice for a smooth conversation, not a published lender checklist:

• A parts list with quantities. Dehumidification, cooling, lighting, humidity, airflow, and controls, so the total is a real number rather than a range.
• Your room dimensions and power plan. Voltage varies across these products, from 120V to 480V three-phase, so read how many amps you can actually run before locking quantities.
• Your license details. Financing is for licensed facilities, and documentation requirements aren't published, so ask what you'll need to provide.
• Stock confirmation. Ask us to confirm current availability on every line before you lock the total, since inventory moves.
